Uric acid can be treated by one of non-pharmacological therapies namely Dry Cupping therapy. Dry Cupping is kind of cupping therapy that does not followed by excretion of blood. Dry Cupping is suitable for people who cannot withstand of needle injection, incision and blood phobia. The research aimed to know the effect of Dry Cupping therapy toward the reduction of uric acid level at Griya Terapi Amuskin Besuki Tulungagung. The researcher used pre-experimental research with one-group Pretest and Post-test design. The population sample contained all of the uric acid patients in Griya Terapi Amuskin Besuki Tulungagung. The researcher conducted accidental sampling technique which contained of 25 people. Dry Cupping therapy was used as the Independent variable and the reduction of uric acid levels was used as the dependent variable of this study. The data was analyzed by wilcoxon signed rank test. The result showed that there was an effect of Dry Cupping therapy toward the reduction of uric acid level at Griya Terapi Amuskin Besuki Tulunganggung. It was showed by P value = 0,000 and α = 0,05 which mean (P < 0,05). It concludes that Dry Cupping therapy helps the reduction of uric acid levels. It was caused by the cumulation of moist pathogens within the meridian. Therefore, the pathogens are cleaned by detoxification process and wind exertion. Thus, cupping therapy is needed for the alternative way of reducing the uric acid levels.
2024-12-31T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Esy Linda Saputri, Sukanto Sukanto, Surtini Surtinihttps://anamnetic.umsida.ac.id/index.php/ANAMNETIC/article/view/1598The Effect of Diabetes Gymnastics on Blood Sugar Levels Diabetes Mellitus Patients at the Indonesian Diabetes Association Clinic Diabetes Indonesia (PERSADIA) Tulungagung2025-04-24T08:21:23+00:00Denindar Richa Sagitalasman@stikestulungagung.ac.idLasmanlasman@stikestulungagung.ac.idSuharyoto Suharyotolasman@stikestulungagung.ac.idIndah Rohmawatilasman@stikestulungagung.ac.id
Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a group of heterogeneous disorders characterized by the increase content of glucose in the blood or hyperglycemia. Technique sampling is quota sampling, the population is all patient of diabetes mellitus PERSADIA at December 2016 are 125 patients, the sampel are 30 respondents members of PERSADIA. The independent variable is diabetic gymnastic and dependent variable is blood glucose. Respondents were given gymnastics 1x, duration 30-40 minutes. Data collection tool is a questionnaire about the characteristics of respondents and observations to check the blood sugar before and after exercise. Then data processing by editing, coding, scoring and tabulating. Then the data were analyzed using Paired t Test. The research was conducted on April 22, 2017 and April 29, 2017. The result showed that the average blood sugar level before the diabetes gymnastics intervention was 248,20 mg/dl while on average of blood sugar level after diabetes gymnastics intervention was 247,90 mg/dl. Ρ value = 0.037 which means there is an effect of diabetes gymnastics on blood sugar content to diabetes mellitus patient at PERSADIA Tulungagung Clinic. The results showed that diabetic gymnastics is proven to reduce blood sugar content of diabetes mellitus patient because physical exercise leads to an increase in blood flow, capillary mesh more open so that more insulin receptors that affect the decrease in blood sugar.
2024-12-31T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Denindar Richa Sagita, Lasman, Suharyoto Suharyoto, Indah Rohmawatihttps://anamnetic.umsida.ac.id/index.php/ANAMNETIC/article/view/1599The Effect of 30 Minutes of Light Walking on Decreasing Blood Sugar Levels in Elderly People with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (Dukuh Village, Gondang District, Tulungagung Regency)2025-04-24T08:20:14+00:00Asep Wahyu Riawanpoprimf@gmail.comFarida Faridapoprimf@gmail.comYitno Yitno poprimf@gmail.com
A person with old age will experience decreased organ function, as well as sensitivity to insulin. The population in this study is elderly suffer of diabetes mellitus type 2 in Dukuh village conducted on May 19, 2017, using purposive technique with a total of 24 respondents. Data retrieval with light treatment 30 minutes. Then the data processed with Editing, Coding, Scoring and Tabulating techniques and tested with Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test statistics. Before the procedure was light 30 minutes from 24 respondents Most had random blood sugar level in the category of diabetes that is 20 respondents (83%), after a light treatment 30 minutes most of the respondents had random blood sugar level in the category of diabetes that is 14 respondents. (58.3%). The results showed that there was a 30 minute light walking exercise effect to lower blood glucose levels in elderly people with type 2 diabetes mellitus shown by p value = 0,000 and α = 0.05 which means value (p≤0,05). Therefore, researchers believe that a mild treatment of 30 minutes is very important for people with type 2 diabetes mellitus so that proven to lower blood sugar levels in people with diabetes mellitus.
2024-12-31T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Asep Wahyu Riawan, Farida Farida, Yitno Yitno https://anamnetic.umsida.ac.id/index.php/ANAMNETIC/article/view/1600The Effect of 30 Minutes of Light Walking on Decreasing Blood Sugar Levels in Elderly People with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (Dukuh Village, Gondang District, Tulungagung Regency)2025-04-24T08:14:55+00:00Ria Eki Widyastutinurhidayati@stikestulungagung.ac.idNurhidayati Nurhidayatinurhidayati@stikestulungagung.ac.idWiwid Yuliastutinurhidayati@stikestulungagung.ac.idSuciati Suciatinurhidayati@stikestulungagung.ac.id
Nutrition is important factor in process of growth and development children. The accuracy of diagnostic data is very important in the field of clinical data management, BPJS health billing, and other issues related to health services. said to be accurate, if the files (Individual Patient Report, Coding Confirmation, Supporting Report, medical resume, and operation report) are consistent with each other. It is said to be inaccurate if one or several files do not show consistency. The aim of this research is to determine the analysis of the accuracy of diagnosis codes on the return of BPJS claim files at the TNI-AD Bhirawa Bhakti Hospital, Malang. The type of research used is quantitative, collecting data through interviews. The research subjects were 45 medical records. The research results show that the average return of claim files is 12% of the total claim files submitted each month. The return of claim files was due to the coding officer's lack of understanding of coding rules, incomplete files, the coding officer's background not meeting medical recorder competency standards and the absence of regular meetings related to coding training being held. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that there is a return of claim files due to incompleteness and carelessness of officers. Based on this conclusion, the author suggests holding regular meetings to discuss the accuracy of codification and completeness of medical records as well as additional human resources so that hospitals can minimize refunds of claim costs by parties. BPJS Health. Suggestions for future researchers, when this suggestion is implemented by hospitals, will there be a good influence on the accuracy of the codification and claims return process by BPJS Health.
2024-12-31T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Fifi Bella Artamevia, Prima Soultoni Akbar, Nurhadi Nurhadi
