According to WHO (2016) data, exclusive breastfeeding coverage worldwide is only about 36% during the 2007-2014 period. Lack of support from the family, surrounding people and especially husbands, can result in decreased success in breastfeeding in infants and may cause infants to be deprived of nutrients that result in decreased immune system. With this research aims to determine the relationship between husband support (husband support) with breastfeeding in infants at integrated service post Sukoanyar Village Pakel District Tulungagung District. The design used in this research is analytic observational with cross sectional research method where the subject of research is only observed once and the measurement is done to the character or variable of the subject at the time of research. The population of this study were all breastfeeding mothers in the integrated service post of Sukoanyar village that had children aged 0-12 months using total sampling technique with a total of 40 respondents. Data collection using questionnaire sheets. Then the data in the analysis with statistical test spearman rho. The results showed that there was a relationship of Husband Support with Breastfeeding in Infants which showed with ρ = 0,000 and α = 0,05 which means value (ρ ≤ 0,05). Based on the results of the research above shows that there is a relationship between husband support (husband support) with Breastfeeding in infants, which is a good husband support resulting in breastfeeding in infants is also very good. William's flexion exercise is one of the therapeutic exercises for lower back pain sufferers by strengthening the abdominal muscles and maximus gluteus muscles as well as stretching the extensor muscles of the back. The purpose of this study was to know the effect of William flexion training on lower back pain levels in the elderly In Blitar Age Blind Social Service Unit at Tulungagung Dormitory. This research uses Pre pre-experimental design by using model one group pre-test – post-test design. The population of this study were all elderly at UPT Social Service of Tresna Werdha Blitar Tulungagung Dormitory who experienced low back pain, the sample was taken with a total sampling technique of 33 respondents. The variable of therapy-free William flexion, the dependent variable of lower back pain. The study was conducted on March -April a processing using a Wilcoxon signed rank test with SPSS program. The result of the research was obtained before the therapy of William's flexion. Most of the respondents had severe back pain, 19 respondents (57.6%) and after the therapy of William's flexion, almost all respondents had mild back pain as many as 27 respondents (81.8%). The result of the statistic test of Wilcoxon signed rank by using the SPSS program got result P Value = 0,000 <0,05 so H1 accepted, which means there is an influence of William flex exercise to lower back pain level at elderly in Technical Service Unit of Tresna Werdha Blitar at Tulungagung year 2018. William's flexion exercises will increase muscle elasticity so that it will reduce pain and restore work to some muscle groups. In gout, it will cause a monoarticular attack characterized by severe joint pain due to acute arthritis. Various efforts have been made to reduce the problem of gout, one of the efforts is by consuming coffee. The polyphenol content in coffee is thought to be able to interfere with the action of xanthine oxidase to reduce uric acid levels. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between coffee drinking patterns and blood uric acid levels in the community of Temenggungan Hamlet, Tawing Village, Gondang Tulungagung District. The research design used is descriptive analysis with a cross-sectional approach. The population is the entire community of Temenggungan Hamlet, Tawing Village, a sample of 45 respondents using purposive sampling techniques. The research was carried out on March 24-31, 2018, collecting blood uric acid level data with observation sheets. Data processing and analysis were carried out using the SPSS 16.0 statistical application using the Spearman row test with α = 0.05. The results of the Spearman row statistical test showed a p-value = 0.000 < α = 0.05. So that H0 is rejected, H1 is accepted, which means that there is a relationship between coffee drinking patterns and blood uric acid levels in Temenggungan Hamlet, Tawing Village, Gondang Tulungagung. This study concludes that the pattern of drinking coffee in a day >4 grams of blood uric acid levels is within normal limits.
